ORDERS

Placing an order with CDF online is easy, secure and fast.

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 1pm AEST between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and dispatch it the very same day! Otherwise it will be processed the next business day. Delivery times can vary based on your location.

Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the Site or other form of notification.

How to Order: It's easy!

Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies before you can add items to your shopping cart.

Browse through the brands, ranges and products you are interested in. When you made up your mind, pick a product and just click on the "More" button. Then adjust the quantity you want and click on “Add to cart”. This puts the product in your shopping cart and updates your cart content and value. “Continue shopping” or “Proceed to checkout” as you wish.

Then fill in the required information as you are prompted:

01 Summary:        check your order content

02 Sign In

03 Address:          check your delivery and invoice address. It's always best to have a parcel be delivered where someone will be available to sign for the parcel - this is the safest option for delivery. But if you are unable to do this, you can leave delivery instructions in “Add a comment for Delivery Company” - such as "Leave Parcel at Front Door". If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (i.e. "Leave at Reception").

04 Shipping:          confirm your carrier and agree to Terms of Service

05 Payment:        

Once your order will be completed you will receive a first confirmation email telling you that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email just after confirming that your payment has been approved. Once your parcel/satchel will has been actually dispatched you’ll receive a third confirmation email which will include your Tracking Number.

Samples: We love trying new products, and we know you do too! With every online order, you will receive 3 samples for free.

Changes to Orders: Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast dispatch. We will endeavour to fulfil any changes to your order whenever possible. RETURN

Returns & Exchanges: We hope that you will be completely delighted with your purchase. If not, upon proof of purchase and on certain conditions, you can easily return any item to us within 14 or 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a store credit. No returns on sale items except as required by law.

How to Return:

First of all please call our Customer Service team on 03 9527 2886 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST to obtain a Returns Form which you'll need to print and fill out. Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Form. You'll then need to send back the products (plus the completed Returns Form) using ParcelPoint. ParcelPoint is a trackable returns service at hundreds of local stores across Australia (pharmacies, news agencies, convenience stores), open 7 days and late for your convenience. This is the cheapest returns method at just $6.50 including proof of postage.

  

To return the goods, please go to http://parcelpoint.com.au/cometiquedefrance/return. Follow the online process to book your return and print a shipping label. Attach it onto the parcel and post it back to us by bringing it to your local ParcelPoint store.

 

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

We work with PayPal. It’s secure!

At Cosmetiques de France, your security while shopping with us online is a priority. As such we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure a secure online purchase environment using Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, so that your personal and payment details are kept safe and confidential at all times.

The payment happens at the time the order is placed. It is processed in real time where the transfer of funds takes place immediately and you are immediately notified as to whether or not the payment has been successfully processed.

If you are paying from a bank account located outside Australia and your bank account is held in a different currency, you can still pay: your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate; Many banks also charge a currency conversion fee (contact your bank for details).

How to pay by credit card: Just choose the "pay online" option at the checkout, then follow the step by step instructions. The charge will appear on your statement as "COSMETIQUES DE FRANCE (PTY) LTD".

Once your payment will have been approved you’ll receive a second confirmation email.

How to pay by PayPal: Simply select “Check out with Paypal” when you get to the checkout. You’ll be prompted to log in to Paypal to complete your payment. If you have funded your Paypal payment with a credit card or Paypal balance, the payment will come through to us instantly. If however you pay using your bank account, it will take around 5-7 days for the payment to clear before we can ship your order.

Once your payment will have been approved you’ll receive a second confirmation email.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. Also be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped you will receive a (third) confirmation email from cosmetiquedefrance.com.au which will include your consignment Tracking Number. You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by visiting http://www.couriersplease.com.au/ezytrak and entering your TN. Shipping Cost: Shipping is free for all orders of $50 AUD or over within Australia. Orders below $50 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $12 AUD within Australia.
